Mr. Eisenberg has been an active trial lawyer in the Detroit-Metropolitan area since 1964. From the onset of his career his professional mantra has always been: “if the clients cause is just –count me in to help with the fight”.
In 1968 he began his own law firm handling litigation related cases which included Personal Injury and Workers Rights. Later, the firm expanded to include commercial matters, divorce and white collar criminal defense. Throughout the years he and his colleagues have achieved many substantial verdicts and multi-million dollar settlements for their clients. Currently, Mr. Eisenberg acts as advisor to clients, serves as a Mediator and Arbitrator and is Of- Counsel to the Benson Law Firm. He enjoys an “AV” attorney rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Eisenberg has actively participated in many legal, civic, charitable and cultural affairs. He was President of the Detroit Trial Lawyers Association and served as Board member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers. Mr. Eisenberg also served as an elected City Commissioner in Huntington Woods, Michigan for 10 years and has held other positions wherever he has resided. He is also involved in numerous charitable, cultural and artistic endeavors including Kadima, Plein Air painters of Charlevoix and the Birmingham Bloomfield Art Association (BBAC) to mention a few.
Currently, he is active in numerous cultural and artistic causes including the Plein Air painters of Charlevoix and the Birmingham Bloomfield Art Association (BBAC).
